Frame and fork retails for $200(or $150 with complete build) and comes in four sizes: 50cm, 53cm, 56cm, and 59cm. Some examples of complete builds we can do:
The Fixie. This fixed gear bike with bullhorns is $650.
The single speed city bike. This single speed comes with a Cardiff sprung leather saddle and rack to accommodate panniers costs $700 complete.

it's a shame Origin8 makes their canti equpipped frames out of (gulp) HIGH TINSILE STEEL(?)! Really, Origin8?! For the most part, Origin8 has some pretty good bang-for-buck items, but high tinsile steel should be left to the dept store bikes.
